Step 3: Use your Colourstart patch test
When your Patch Test arrives in the post, log back into Passport before use and follow the instructions.
Start this at least 5 days before your colour appointment (so you have time to apply the Patch, remove it, and record the results).
After testing
If you are all clear to colour after testing, your Passport will be green ‘OK to colour hair’.
This will be automatically shared with your selected Hair Professional(s) ready for your colour appointment.
So don’t delay – set up your Passport now!
If you haven’t already, make sure you’ve followed step 2 and set up your Passport so ready for when your Patch Test arrives.
